Whoever is left shelters in the castle Hangsholm. There they barely hold out under siege for almost a month, when a force from [[Shienki\|Shienki]] breaks the siege and scatters the attackers. This encourages humans to rebuild and reinhabit Myrrik, though with greater caution. It also secures a friendship between humans and dwarves, which has so far lasted.
