Merfolk are elven in their humanoid half. As with many such creatures, they appear to be created near Kiyansi. Most have since migrated southwards, finding refuge near the mouth of the Fallrun. They are half-dolphin rather than half-fish. This resolves weirdness that would otherwise happen between mammals and cold-blooded fish. | |||
